To help everyone along this exciting journey, we give our people the tools and support they need to fulfil their true potential.

We represent a community of experts dedicated to fulfilling our mission, united by our values of responsibilitytransparency and proximity. Do your own values align with ours?

Our commitment to boosting quality of life at work

Having signed up to the United Nations Global Compact, Séché integrated its socially responsible ethos into its Sustainable Development Charter and QSHE policy.

Closing the gender pay gap

Our people represent our most important asset. We are committed to promoting gender equality and generational balance in recruitment.

The autonomy of all employees is encouraged, enabling everyone – regardless of gender – to make full use of their abilities and gain in responsibility.
The Group supports employees’ access to positions of responsibility by basing itself exclusively on skills, performance and interpersonal skills, without distinction as to gender.
Séché Environnement takes care to offer an equivalent salary to women and men working in the same job for an identical level of responsibility, training, experience and professional skills.

In 2023, the Group scored 83/100 in the gender equality index.

Promoting diversity

We are keen to bring in people with disabilities in order to increase diversity throughout the Group. Back in 2012, we signed an agreement with Agefiph to recruit people with disabilities and help them stay in work.

Enhancing employer/employee dialogue

It is key to the Group’s success to involve its employees and encourage them to buy into its corporate values. To ensure our people can fulfil their potential, we promote employer/employee dialogue in all Group entities.

Skipper, our health and safety mascot

Building on our unwavering commitment to protecting biodiversity, Skipper draws inspiration from the behavior of the animals living on Group sites around the world.

Meet the risk prevention specialists

Our Group boasts nearly 40 QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) and a team of six risk prevention officers. Watch this video to find out more!

Women pursuing industrial careers

Women enjoy fulfilling careers in industry, where they can innovate, drive progress, create, lead and succeed.

Standing up for occupational health and safety

In our facilities, we put in place policies to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

We earned OHSAS 18001 certification (occupational health and safety management system) back in 2003. We were one of the first industries to undertake these efforts, which we extended to our other facilities. Several of our sites are now MASE certified, which replaces the previous standard.

Our managers and all our employees are responsible for fostering the Group’s health and safety culture, which is formalized by our QSHE Charter.

The Group boasts nearly 40 QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) and a team of six risk prevention officers. Their comprehensive vision of the Group and the risks to which our employees are exposed enable them to put in place overarching risk prevention measures. Their expertise and advice is invaluable for the Group’s operational staff, managers and executives. Skipper, our health and safety mascot, reminds them to prioritize staying safe – protecting themselves and others – in all circumstances.

The Séché recruitment process

1. We carefully consider your application

We take the time to consider every application we receive. Each one receives a response, even if we decide not to pursue the application. If your profile fits the vacancy or is better suited to another opportunity within the Group, we will get in touch to learn more about your situation and better understand your professional expectations. Following this initial contact, we decide whether or not to organize an interview so we can go into greater detail about your career plans.

2. You are invited to an interview with our HR and operational teams

The interview with HR and your potential line manager is as important for the candidate as it is for the company. We conduct interviews in person, and/or by video call or telephone. An interview represents an opportunity to learn more about one another, which is why we strive to foster a genuine climate of trust and put candidates at ease so they may shine. We give you all the information you need to understand what would be expected of you, your responsibilities and what the job entails. Moreover, we use the interview to learn more about your career, your experience and most importantly your expectations. Following this stage, we keep you informed about the decision made and next steps.

3. We support you through the onboarding process

Your application was successful, welcome to the Séché Group! Onboarding is key when you join a new company. No need to worry, your line manager and the HR team will support you and help you find your bearings in your new position.

Hello,
We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.
