Tackling economic and environmental challenges
A workshop to treat toxic gas cylinders
This process combines high security packing of gas cylinders into cages with a Deep Learning system that enables real-time analysis of the gas contained in the cylinders collected.
Regeneration of bromine water
Bromine waste produced by synthetic applications for fine chemicals and APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) is regenerated and purified so it may be reused. This process preserves natural resources and generated 20 times less CO2 than extracting virgin bromine.
Treatment and rehabilitation of PCB transformers
We designed a treatment chain to neutralize PCB-polluted oils and rehabilitate electric transformers.
Creation of a channel to recover metal hydroxide sludge
Recovering this hazardous waste, which contains nickel, copper, cobalt and molybdenum, makes it possible to make ferroalloys used directly in the production of steel and metal components.

Creation of a pretreatment workshop for acid waste and self-heating substances
The corosivity and reactivity of this sandy residue produced by the chemical synthesis of silicones is eliminated to make the waste easier to handle, transport and store.

Anticipating the demands of our industrial clients

Stabilization of mercury waste
The concrete in chlorine production plants is contaminated by droplets of mercury vapor. The process serves to neutralize the waste before sending it to a hazardous waste storage facility.

Depollution of a former foundry
Development of an active treatment of the hydroreactive metals contained in waste to avoid the risk of unwanted reactions.

Collaborative, future-facing projects

Plainénergie
Treatment and energy conversion of a wide range of currently non-recoverable waste using pyrogasification and biological methanation, ultimately to produce renewable gas that can be injected into the current network.

MIMOSA
This project seeks to enhance understanding of how the mercury content in combustion fumes can vary so as to better control and more effectively remove the element before the fumes are discharged into the atmosphere.
MMAtwo
This process intends to better recycle plexiglass (PMMA) by transforming PMMA waste into high quality methyl methacrylate (MMA) that can be reused in industry.
