Valérie Coulato is director of the Speichim Processing site in Mourenx (Nouvelle Aquitaine), which carries out solvent regeneration as part of a circular economy approach. The secret of her career success can be summed up in two words: determination and perseverance.

The COVID-19 context has reminded us of the need to manage the waste produced by healthcare professionals in order to protect public health. The sharp increase in recent weeks has led us to adapt our organization, particularly at our Séché HealthCare subsidiary, which specializes in the collection and management of DASRI and healthcare waste. The daily challenge is to mobilize and participate in the national effort to guarantee the continuity of our activities, and our employees are fully mobilized.
