A complete waste-to-energy chain
To meet the needs of the Aveyron region, Séché Environnement has teamed up with the Sévigné company to develop a center dedicated to the recovery of household and business waste in the commune of Viviez.
Solena brings together two activities: a waste-to-energy and organic recovery unit, called KEREA, developed within the framework of a Public Service Delegation on behalf of SYDOM Aveyron, and a landfill facility to manage the non-recoverable fraction (KEREA refusals). Bringing together several recovery processes, KEREA will be able to recover up to 70% of household waste in the form of materials or energy, and will include a process dedicated to biowaste from source separation. Developed on industrial wasteland, Solena is also an exemplary site reconversion operation in an area with a strong industrial culture.
