Extracting molecules of interest, raw materials, byproducts and blended solvents requires complex solutions that involve considerable proficiency in a variety of distillation processes. We are also able to provide complementary high value-added services covering all technical and regulatory considerations. For our international clients in particular, we simplify the administrative process (such as transporting hazardous waste over international borders).

Vacuum distillation processes (up to 0.01mbar) enable us to delicately separate liquids by lowering their boiling point. They are ideal for mixtures that do not tolerate prolonged heating, explosives or very high boiling molecules.
We make regular deliveries and collections all over Europe, using our fleet of iso-containers, our fixed storage facilities and our relationships with several international logistics partners. Our teams visit your premises to consider the most effective solutions for your needs. We also deliver in tanks, isotanks or platform trucks. Moreover, we offer conditioning in IBCs and/or barrels, even for temperature-sensitive products.
After receiving a sample, we put together a technical dossier and determine the most appropriate treatment for your product based on the properties and volumes to process. We follow your specs with respect to quality standards as well as disposing of and processing the waste.
For new purification projects, we conduct tests on representative samples (1 to 2 kg) to develop analysis procedures, conduct corrosion tests, and approve process choices. We are able to treat products with very high fusion (120°) and boiling points (300°).
We conduct pre-industrial tests to determine the settings, assess the drift sensitivity and draft the operating procedure. Our steel columns can process between 100 kg and 10 tons of product.
Our evaporators and distillation columns can process up to hundreds of tons of product. Boasting separation capability of up to 60 theoretical plates, these columns create a vacuum to distill products in batches or continuously before they are conditioned in bulk, IBCs or barrels. Auxiliary storage and logistics solutions can also be provided.

Our end-to-end solvent management service means you are able to cut the number of people and suppliers you need to deal with.
All our facilities are categorized as Seveso plants and our teams operate in strict compliance with safety standards so as to ensure all our employees, subcontractors and clients remain safe. They receive training about the risks involved in their work and how to use safety equipment (fire safety, health and safety, hazmat suits, self-contained breathing apparatus, ATEX, and driver competence training).
