Corporate governance

A structure that integrates the responsiveness and spontaneity of management, proven effective since the Group was created.

High involvement at all levels

The Board of Directors of Séché Environnement has five members, two of which are independent as defined by the Bouton report. The Board applies the internal operating rules as defined by the law on financial security. It has also drawn up a stock market compliance code.

Three committees to apply Group governance:

Executive Committee

Operating body of the Board of Directors that oversees all the aspects of corporate life.

Waste Business Growth Committee

Interface between the sales representatives and operating staff on
waste treatment sites in the day-to-day application of Group policy.

Sustainable Development Committee

Strategic and development body focusing on major issues affecting society, greenhouse gases, renewable energies, etc. as well as on Group businesses and markets.

This committee assigns collective and individual responsibilities to everyone, while maintaining the flexibility necessary for the responsiveness of sales teams.
