Joël Séché took over his family's small construction business. He used his determination and vision to reposition the company on the environment sector.
1985_
Opening of the Class II household and similar waste storage site in Changé in western France.
From the outset, Joël Séché attached great importance to developing ongoing dialogue with local residents and all stakeholders.
1994_
Creation of a waste activity park. This innovative concept groups together facilities providing various services for the treatment of waste produced by local authorities and industry, including a Class I storage.
1996_
The company's success is recognized through ISO 14001 certification, representing a world first in this area of business.
1997_
Opening of a biocenter and medical waste treatment unit. Initial public offering on the Second Marché of the Paris Bourse.
 
2001_
The acquisition of Alcor, with operations across western and southern France, enables the Group to gain nationwide presence and become a major player in the waste sector in France.
2002_
The acquisition of Trédi, a specialist in incineration, physical-chemical treatment, PCB decontamination, etc., contributes to strengthening the Group's position with industrial clients.
OHSAS 18001 certification for employee health and safety awarded for the first time to a waste storage company in France.
2004_
Refocusing on the core business: waste treatment and storage. All the Group's human and financial resources are focused on this program. The peripheral activities (collection, sorting, etc.) that were acquired along with Alcor and Trédi are sold to professionals in these businesses.
2005_
Extension of authorized capacities at the Trédi Salaise, Drimm and SVO sites.
